Salon Policies


Your appointments are very important to the Pretty & Too Pretty Team. These appointments are reserved specifically for you and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully request at LEAST 24 HOUR notice for cancellations. A credit card on file is required for all appointments to be scheduled. The credit card on file will not be charged unless asked by the customer for services rendered, or if our cancellation policy is not upheld.



If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of your scheduled service amount will be charged. *We understand emergencies and illnesses occur. This will be accessed on a case by case basis.


Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment, will be charged the full amount of their services to the credit card on file.


If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment to accommodate clients that have been scheduled after you.

Please call the appropriate salon should you need to make any changes to your appointment. In addition, Vagaro sends out appointment reminders. Feel free to confirm via the appointment reminder text/email. 


Payments are due at the time of the service. No exceptions. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check, and credit card (excludes AMEX). Return checks will incur a $35 charge.


If you are unhappy with any part of your service we ask that you let us know within 24 hours of the original service. We will be happy to rectify the issue within seven days of the original appointment and with the same stylist that performed the service. Failure to follow these guidelines will forfeit your right to a re-do. We do not issue refunds for services.


We have the right to refuse any client displaying any type of inappropriate acts whether physical or verbal. We can refuse to service a client when we feel that expectations can not be met by management.


No refunds or returns on any hot tools, hair extensions or brushes. No refunds on any hair care product. If you are unhappy with a hair care product we will be happy to exchange it for something of equal or lesser value. You have up to 72 hours.
